Delivery Policy – Olivia’s Tanghulu

At Olivia’s Tanghulu, all products are freshly made to order using highly perishable ingredients. Please review our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cutoff

  • All delivery orders must be placed by 8:00 AM the day before the requested delivery date
  • Orders placed after this cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery day

2. Delivery Window

  • Deliveries are made the day of your choice between 12:30 PM and 5:00 PM
  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed within this window due to traffic and route optimization

3. Delivery Areas & Fees

We currently offer local delivery within the San Francisco Bay Area with pricing based on distance and order total:

Delivery Zones & Fees

0 – 5 miles

  • Orders under $49: $6.99 delivery fee
  • Orders $49 and above: Free delivery

5 – 10 miles

  • Orders under $49: $8.99 delivery fee
  • Orders $49 and above: Free delivery

10 – 20 miles

  • Minimum order: $49
  • Orders $49 – $99: $11.99 delivery fee
  • Orders $99 and above: Free delivery

20 – 50 miles

  • Minimum order: $49
  • Orders $49 – $399: $29.99 delivery fee
  • Orders $399 and above: Free delivery

Delivery eligibility and fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Delivery Process & Responsibility

  • All deliveries are made directly to the address provided at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring:
  • The delivery address is accurate
  • Someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window

If no one is available:

  • The driver will attempt to contact you
  • If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be considered delivered and is non-refundable, due to the perishable nature of the product

5. Changes, Cancellations & Failed Deliveries

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date
  • Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or lack of response are non-refundable

6. Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include photos and order details so we can review the issue on a case-by-case basis
